I only ask for and keep information I need either to process any purchases from you or to send you a newsletter. I delete information I don’t need after 3 months. I use Paypal, Woocommerce and Mailchimp as 3rd parties to help me with the purchasing and newsletter processes. Please let me know at any time if you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter, either by emailing me directly or clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ box on a newsletter.

Please remember I am a small business, returns and refunds are hard on my trade.
Contact me to cancel an order before shipping, and you will be fully refunded.
If the purchase has already been shipped, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive(d) it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Once the item is back in my possession, You will be refunded the cost of the item.
I package the pots very carefully for shipment, however very rarely pots are broken during shipment. Should your purchase arrive damaged please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package, with a photograph. I will ask for the parcel to be returned which I will pay for. We can then agree whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.
I cannot accept returns on commissioned items.
I aim to ship within 2 working days (except for commission pieces which I will advise on a case by case basis. In the UK I use the Royal Mail for delivery, using their Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which aims to deliver within 48 hours. For all other destinations, I will use ParcelForce, UPS or FedEx, aiming for a delivery in 3-5 days.
For multiple purchases I will post as one package (where possible and if they are for the same postal address) and if this results in a lower shipping cost, I will refund the difference to you.
I am happy to accept commissions. Once we have agreed the piece of work you would like (size, material, type, glaze etc) I will charge the full amount plus postage to be paid up front. I will give you an estimate for the delivery date and keep you updated on progress during that time.
